Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 90 days from the date your order was received for an exchange or refund.

About Restocking Fees & Refunds : There is a 15% re-stocking fee on any return that is not an error of our company or website.

Products must be returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories along with your proof of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition. The value of any missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. If you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment.
