After the death of Theodore in 1958, Mina served as president until her death in 1965. Two years later, in 1968, a second facility was started in Coldwater, MI and the Detroit location was closed in 1973. In 1993 the manufacturing facility of the Bargman Company moved to Albion, IN. In February of 2005, Cequent (A TriMas company) purchased The Theodore Bargman Company and in 2006 Bargman production was relocated to Tekonsha, MI. Bargman is currently a leading supplier of interior and exterior illumination products, electrical accessories and vehicle/trailer connectivity.
